Our shipping is always 100% FREE to the United States.  We utilize UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail, depending on the address being shipped to.

Please Note:  Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.  Items must be returned in its original packing and box.  Please include a printed copy of proof of purchase receipt.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or, if you receive the wrong item.  We will make every attempt to correct the situation.

Buyers are not responsible for any shipping cost associated with defective, damaged or incorrect items.  Please contact us and we will assess the situation and provide return shipping labels as needed.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
